Pick Up Later Than Drop off Time Charges

All dogs checked in for overnight boarding will be charged for a full night, regardless of drop-off or pick-up time. After the first night, boarding is charged in 24-hour increments. If your dog stays beyond the 24-hour period on the scheduled pick-up date, a daycare fee will apply for the extra time. (Pick-up time must be confirmed with a staff member and must fall within our normal business hours.)

Charges

Pick Up Later Than Drop Off Fees (Final Day Daycare):

2–3 additional hours: $10 for 1 dog (+$5/additional dog)
4–6 additional hours: $20 for 1 dog (+$15/additional dog)
7+ additional hours: $30 for 1 dog (+$20/additional dog)

Example:
If you drop off your dog on Monday at 8:00 AM and pick up on Wednesday at 8:00 AM, you'll be charged for 2 nights of boarding. However, if you pick up at 2:00 PM instead, a $20 late pick-up fee will be added, since that’s 6 hours beyond the 24-hour period.
