New customers will need to create a profile through our online boarding software. To create a profile, click HERE. ​

After making your online profile, please text, email, or upload a picture of your dog's vaccination records to your online profile. We will be going through vaccination file uploads daily and updating profiles. If you need your dog's vaccinations updated in your profile more quickly, we recommend texting a picture of the record to our business line.

1. We will need current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Booster vaccines (a Bordetella booster is required every 6 months). Your dog must have all 3 vaccines showing as current in their online records with us to schedule daycare or boarding.

2. Please Note: For the initial temperament test and grooming appointments, we do accept the 1-year bordetella and can waive the 6-month Bordetella booster requirement.

All new dogs are required to complete a one-time temperament test (temp test) before joining our pack. The test lasts a minimum of 4 hours. If your dog hasn’t visited us in 2 or more years, a re-test is required (*see exception below).

The temp test allows us to evaluate your dog’s comfort and behavior both with staff and within a group setting. We assess how your dog responds to being guided on leash, moving through gates, interacting during feeding routines, and socializing with other dogs. We observe pack order behavior, play invitations, and overall pack manners to ensure a safe, balanced environment for everyone.

Once you've completed your New Client Profile, you can request an evaluation directly through your online account.

Re-Test Exception:
If your dog hasn’t been with us for 2+ years but regularly attends a group play dog daycare, the re-test may be waived. We’ll verify participation directly with the daycare. There is no charge for re-tests.

As soon as your dog is evaluated and has passed their temperament test, we will approve your profile and you will be able to make all future reservations on your new online portal. We recommend making reservations far in advance. We will fill up early on some weekends and on most all holiday dates listed HERE.
