CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

Yes, absolutely! You can call or text us anytime to check on your pet. We are happy to send pictures and videos upon request.
WHAT DOES MY PET'S DAY LOOK LIKE?

6:30 AM – Dogs are let outside for their morning potty break.

7:00 AM – Breakfast is served in individual kennels.

After Breakfast – To reduce the risk of bloat, all dogs rest in their kennels for at least one hour before joining the pack.

Morning to Midday – Dogs enjoy supervised group play in their designated packs.

Midday (Hot Days) – During warmer weather, all dogs are brought inside to rest and cool off.

2:30–3:30 PM – Dinner (PM feeding) is served.

After Dinner – Dogs return to play with their pack until closing.

By 6:30 PM – All dogs are brought inside to rest. For safety, no dogs are left outside after dark.

Overnight – All dogs eat and sleep in individual kennels for their safety and comfort.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

Yes! Please detail their diet and medications (if needed) in their online profile and go over this in detail with a staff member at check in.
