Overnight Boarding
Our unique boarding experience allows dogs to socialize in packs. All K9 guests are placed into packs based on their size, temperament, personality, and age. Dogs play with their pack during the day and sleep inside in individual crates (for safety). Shaded pack play areas have turf, concrete and granite. We turn on patio misters during the summer. Because dogs are allowed to play as a group, our staff will build a relationship with each dog to ensure they are put into the most compatible playgroup.

Boarding- Standard Crate at night
Crate sizes are as follows: 48", 42", 36", 30", etc. Dogs will be placed in appropriate crates based on size.

Our XXL Kennel (5 ft. x 5 ft.) is perfect for extra-large dogs or any dog that prefers a more spacious indoor area to eat and rest

Air-Alone Boarding
Air-Alone boarding is for dogs who cannot be with the pack due to safety reasons, but are great with people. There is very limited space for air-alone boarding. This option may not be available over holiday weekends and during the summer on dates listed HERE, as we usually fill up and may not have the extra space to accommodate air-alone boarding. Air-Alone boarding does not qualify for 10+ night stay discounts. IF pets from the same family are allowed to be in the same Air-Alone play area, the rate for multiple pets is as follows:

Elderly Dogs and/or Dogs with Special Needs
For elderly dogs or dogs with special needs, an additional $25 per night may be added on top of boarding fees.

*Boarding can be difficult for old dogs. We are not able to take dogs who have any form of epilepsy, seizures, etc. For old dogs or dogs with special needs, we recommend in-home boarding or boarding with a vet.
Possible Additional Charges For Overnight Boarding (Please Read!)
All dogs checked in for overnight boarding will be charged for a full night, regardless of drop-off or pick-up time. After the first night, boarding is charged in 24-hour increments. If your dog stays past the end of a 24-hour period on the scheduled pick-up date, a daycare fee will apply for the extra time. (​Pick-up time must be confirmed with a staff member and must fall within our normal business hours.)

Example:
If you drop off your dog on Monday at 8:00 AM and pick up on Wednesday at 8:00 AM, you'll be charged for 2 nights of boarding. However, if you pick up at 2:00 PM instead, a $20 late pick-up fee will be added, since that’s 6 hours beyond the 24-hour period.

Pick Up Later Than Drop Off Fees (Final Day Daycare):

2–3 additional hours: $10 for 1 dog (+$5/additional dog)

2 / Holiday and Summer Dates

3 / Reservation Deposits

Reservations greater than 14 days for 1 dog or greater than 7 days for 2+ dogs will require a 50% deposit at the time of check-in. For reservations spanning more than 2 weeks, the card on file will be automatically charged a 50% deposit. We are NOT able to carry balances for more than 14 days of boarding for a single dog or balances for more than 7 days for 2 or more dogs.
4 / Fees for No-shows or Cancellations

No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of a reservation start date will incur a $25 cancellation fee automatically charged to the card on file.
4 / Medications & Extra Care

Oral Medication: $3/dose (Please bring pill pockets or a treat incentive for taking medication.)

Eye Drops: $4/dose

Skin Folds Wiped: $3/time

Ear Cleaning with Medication: $4/cleaning

Refrigerated Food: $3/day to keep food in fridge.
What to Pack for Overnight Boarding
You ONLY need to bring your dog's food (and vitamins/medications if needed) for overnight boarding. Food will be kept in a 20"x15"x7" busser bin. Please bring a container that will fit in your dog's busser bin.

Notes:

Food: Please bring extra food if your dog is staying for overnight boarding. Due to increased activity, sometimes we will need to feed high-energy dogs more than their usual amount of food to maintain their weight. If your dog runs out of food, we will let you know and we recommend sending your dogs specific food over via Instacart or another same-day delivery service. We do have in-house food in stock for emergencies, but we strongly prefer not to switch a dog's food suddenly as switching food suddenly often causes diarrhea. ​ In-house food is charged $3/meal.

Belongings: We do not recommend bringing your dog's blankets and belongings. Because of the nature of a boarding facility, there is a chance that these items may be returned damaged or may be lost. ​

Leashes: Upon arrival, all dogs must be leashed when exiting your vehicle. A staff member will meet you inside the lobby building to check you in.

End of Stay: Expect your dog(s) to be very tired at the end of their stay. They play together throughout the day, every day. Most dogs sleep for 2-3 days after leaving.​​
Please Note:
There is a very good chance that your dog may be dirty at the end of their stay as they are allowed to play with other dogs throughout the day and are often rolling around on the ground during play.
